A Billable Ticket is one that is automatically fetched by Yuma from your helpdesk software and associated with one of your stores. Tickets that are immediately closed or deleted upon receipt, as well as those conveyed through channels not supported by Yuma (like phone or aircall), are automatically excluded from billing.
An Autonomous Resolution refers to a situation where Yuma autonomously provides at least one AI-generated answer to a customer, and the customer either confirms the answer as satisfactory or ends the conversation without requesting further assistance on the same ticket within 24 hours. Please note that a conversation that necessitates a human to send a message will not be considered an Autonomous Resolution.
