Create Exchange Baback Return creates an exchange for one or more specific items from an order using the Baback system. Each item is exchanged for a different variant, for example a different size or color.

Create Full Baback Return creates a full return in the Baback system covering the entire order.

Create Partial Baback Return (Item Level) creates a return for one or more specific items from an order in the Baback system, leaving the rest of the order intact.

Yuma also connects with other returns platforms including Loop Returns, ReturnGO, and Redo Returns.
