It combines order management, inventory management, warehouse management, accounting, purchasing, CRM, POS, and reporting in a single system. Orders from all connected sales channels — including Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart — are downloaded into one centralized view where they can be processed, fulfilled, and tracked. Brightpearl includes an Automation Engine that lets merchants set rules to automate order routing, fulfillment workflows, invoicing, purchasing, and inventory allocation. The platform serves over 5,000 brands and offers custom pricing with unlimited users included.
