Fulfill Engine | Integration with Yuma AI
Fulfill Engine is a print-on-demand and 3PL order management platform built for businesses that sell decorated apparel and custom goods. It covers the full workflow from product creation and order capture to production routing and shipping. Orders placed on a connected store are automatically routed to the most efficient fulfillment center for production and delivery. The platform includes live API connections to major US apparel distributors for automatic blank goods ordering, a catalog of 5,000+ print-on-demand products, support for multiple decoration methods including DTG, sublimation, embroidery, heat-applied graphics, laser engraving, and UV printing, and access to a vetted decorator network for overflow capacity.
Yuma & Fulfill Engine
Fulfill Engine is natively integrated with Yuma. When a customer asks about their order or shipment, Yuma automatically queries Fulfill Engine to pull live order and shipment status data, then uses that information in its response — fully automating WISMO inquiries with live tracking included.
Yuma can also take direct action on orders through Fulfill Engine. It can cancel orders and update shipping addresses on behalf of the customer, without requiring a human agent to log into Fulfill Engine and make the change manually. This means common post-purchase requests like address corrections and cancellations are handled end-to-end by Yuma.
Key Features of Fulfill Engine
Automated Order Routing
When a customer places an order, Fulfill Engine automatically routes it to the fulfillment center best positioned to produce and ship it efficiently. Orders are staged for production with printed QR codes that give operators instant access to job details, design specifics, and print placement.
Print-on-Demand Production
Fulfill Engine supports on-demand production across multiple decoration methods: DTG, sublimation, heat-applied graphics, embroidery, laser engraving, and UV printing. Products are manufactured only when an order is placed, so sellers don't need to hold inventory.
Automatic Blank Goods Ordering
The platform connects via live API to major US apparel distributors. Once you link your supplier accounts, Fulfill Engine automatically orders the blank goods you need daily or when stock drops below custom thresholds you set.
Shopify and Storefront Integration
Fulfill Engine connects to Shopify through a private application and also supports white-label storefronts via API. Sellers can publish products from a catalog of 5,000+ items directly to their Shopify store using the platform's online uploader.
Decorator Network for Overflow
When in-house production capacity is full, Fulfill Engine provides access to a vetted network of decorators for outsourced fulfillment. This lets businesses scale production without compromising on quality standards or delivery timelines.
Why use Fulfill Engine?
Full Workflow in One Platform
Fulfill Engine covers everything from product creation and order capture to production, shipping, and tracking. Businesses don't need separate tools for inventory, production management, and fulfillment - it's all handled in one system.
No Inventory Required
Because production is on-demand, sellers can offer a large catalog of decorated products without pre-purchasing or warehousing inventory. Blank goods are ordered automatically from suppliers as orders come in.
Built for Decorated Apparel and Custom Goods
Unlike general-purpose fulfillment platforms, Fulfill Engine is specifically designed for businesses that sell custom-decorated products. The production workflow, decoration method support, and decorator network are all built around this use case.
Scales Through a Decorator Network
When order volume exceeds in-house capacity, Fulfill Engine routes overflow to vetted external decorators. This gives businesses a way to handle demand spikes without turning down orders or delaying shipments.
