Fulfill Engine is natively integrated with Yuma. When a customer asks about their order or shipment, Yuma automatically queries Fulfill Engine to pull live order and shipment status data, then uses that information in its response — fully automating WISMO inquiries with live tracking included.

Yuma can also take direct action on orders through Fulfill Engine. It can cancel orders and update shipping addresses on behalf of the customer, without requiring a human agent to log into Fulfill Engine and make the change manually. This means common post-purchase requests like address corrections and cancellations are handled end-to-end by Yuma.
