ShipMonk is natively integrated with Yuma. When a customer asks about their order or shipment, Yuma automatically queries ShipMonk to pull live order and shipment status data, then uses that information in its response — fully automating WISMO inquiries with live tracking included.

Yuma can also take direct action on orders through ShipMonk. It can cancel orders and update order details on behalf of the customer, without requiring a human agent to log into ShipMonk and make the change manually. This means common post-purchase requests like cancellations and order modifications are handled end-to-end by Yuma.
