Home Delivery

Mondial Relay also offers home delivery in France and Europe as a complement to its out-of-home network. Home delivery starts from €4.99 for parcels in France, with delivery times of 3 to 5 business days. This lets merchants offer Points Relais®, Locker, and home delivery options at checkout.

Web Service API for E-Commerce Integration

Mondial Relay publishes an official Web Service for connecting merchant platforms with its systems. The latest publicly documented version is V-5.12 (September 2024), available on the Mondial Relay website. The Web Service covers shipment creation, label generation, and tracking status lookups.
