When a customer reaches out about their points, rewards, or loyalty status, Yuma can take action on their behalf without a human agent needing to open Rivo separately. The available actions are:
Change Loyalty Points changes the loyalty points balance of a customer. This can be used to add or subtract points from a customer's account.
List Loyalty Points History lists the points event history for a customer in the loyalty program. The action returns all points earned, spent, or adjusted, with timestamps, reasons, and associated order IDs. It is useful for investigating refund-related point adjustments.
List Loyalty Redemptions lists all rewards redeemed by a customer in the loyalty program, including the discount codes generated from points redemptions.
Load Customer Loyalty Program Info retrieves the loyalty program info of a given customer, giving Yuma a snapshot of their points balance, tier, and program status.
Update Customer Loyalty Info updates a customer's loyalty profile. The action currently supports updating date of birth and/or loyalty status.
