Shippingbo is an e-commerce logistics platform that brings together three modules in one system: an Order Management System (OMS) for centralizing and routing orders across sales channels, a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for guiding picking, packing, and shipping inside the warehouse, and a Transport Management System (TMS) for automated carrier selection and label generation. The platform integrates with over 120 marketplaces and webstores, connects to 60+ carriers, and supports multi-warehouse operations where each location can have its own logistics configuration. Shippingbo also includes a returns management module with an online portal where customers can initiate returns.

As a fulfillment and shipping integration, Shippingbo is natively connected to Yuma. When a customer asks about their order or shipment, Yuma automatically queries Shippingbo to pull live order and shipment status data, then includes that information in its response — fully automating WISMO inquiries included. Yuma can also trigger reshipments directly through Shippingbo when a package is lost or damaged.

As a returns integration, Yuma can search for existing returns by order number and create new return requests through Shippingbo. This means merchants can automate a wider range of post-purchase interactions — from tracking inquiries to reshipments to return requests — without a human agent stepping in.
