The road to AI-powered customer support automation

Since 2023, Yuma has automated millions of customer interactions for leading e-commerce brands. Its AI Agent Builder, powered by natural language, made it simple for merchants to design and deploy automations. As those merchants scaled, however, they began asking for greater structure and control in specific parts of their workflows.

In response, Yuma developed Flows, a drag-and-drop visual builder that enables users to define precise logic paths within natural-language experiences. Each step is explicit, enforced, and traceable, eliminating ambiguity and minimizing the risk of LLM hallucination.
